Submission Guidelines

1.Presentations are invited only. Abstracts are invited for submission only for posters.

2.Best Student Poster Award of ICFE 2025

3.The Best Student Poster Awards will be given to the best student poster presented at ICFE 2025 to honor the young researchers. 

4.Eligibility: 

All the posters will be eligible for this award as long as the author is registered for the conference.

5.Selection: 

The winners will be evaluated and selected by the conference committee.  Considerations will be given to the aspects of scientific content, contribution to the field, relevance to the conference theme and the overall presentation.

6.Awarding: 

The Best Student Poster Award winners will be announced in the Conference Closing Ceremony with the certificate and monetary remuneration.  The winning posters will be prominently displayed for further appreciation.
