重要提示：

1、预定酒店时，由杭州百步会展服务有限公司（本次会议指定的会务公司）代收所有房费。

2、参会代表退房时由酒店开具住宿发票，会务组将提供代收房费说明。

3、如您的行程有变，需要取消房间预定，请于8月31日23:59之前与我们联系，我们将全额退还您押金。如您需要更改入住时间及天数，也请在该时间之前与我们联系，在房间足够的情况下，我们将尽量为您安排。届时，取消、更改房间信息您都可在网站注册登录后的用户中心的“酒店预定列表”通过“退款”申请备注即可。由于房源紧张，逾期我们将不再接受取消预定、更改入住时间及天数的请求。对于会议开始期间已预定不入住的情况，也不予退还押金。万望理解。
4、请您在预订时及时完成支付，预订成功以支付完成时间为准，否则预订将不予保留。

Important note:

1. When booking the hotel, Hangzhou Baibu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. (the designated conference company for this meeting) will charge all the room fees.

2. The hotel will issue the accommodation invoice when the delegates check out, and the conference affairs team will provide the description of the room fee.

3. If your trip has changed and you need to cancel the room reservation, please contact us before 23:59 on August 31st. We will refund your deposit in full. If you need to change the time and days of stay, please contact us before that time, we will try to arrange for you. At that time, you can cancel or change the room information and register for the "hotel reservation list" through the "refund". Due to the shortage of housing, we will not accept requests to cancel reservations, change the time and number of days. The deposit will not be refunded if it has been booked during the beginning of the meeting. 
4. Please complete the payment in time when booking. The successful reservation is subject to the completion time of payment, otherwise the reservation will not be reserved.
